After a week of raining cats and dogs we were blessed with brighter weather this whole week. I did kick start this week with a new lesson which was the last chapter of the first unit. The students were happy and excited to learn and took active participation in all the classroom activities given. This week the honourable district collector Smt. Afsana Perween IAS paid her visit to school as part of the class organised for students on the topic "Mental Health and It's Importance". The programme was quite informative and vital to today's social scenario. Students had their first mid term examinations this week , each day they had two subjects one in the morning and the other in the afternoon session. The exams were conducted during the second and sixth periods so there weren't any trouble in the regular class schedule much. After going through their papers , I felt that they had learned their lessons well and I was also able to identify their writing skills and comprehension level which opens to new opportunities to enhance them better. This week with the exams and strict class schedule everything went in a quick pace and turned out to be productive. Preparing more lesson plans and by putting in more efforts day by day , I am looking forward to the next week at school.
